Tony is an experienced, award winning digital marketer specializing in audience growth and engagement in the media industry. Tony is well versed in utilizing email marketing, digital media, and online marketing as a revenue and audience driver. Tony joins Omeda after ten years at Bobit Business Media. He spent the last six years as the Director of Audience Development where he oversaw the audience growth and email marketing teams.
Tony’s energy, technical experience, and passion for the media industry will help drive Omeda’s message, products, and vision forward. He will be responsible for sharing Omeda’s message throughout the industry with current and prospective clients through client education, developing partnerships and product development.

Napoleone holds a B.A. in Corporate and Media Communications from Plymouth State University, as well as a Digital Media Sales Certification from the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), a Scrum Product Owner Certification from the Scrum Alliance, and various other digital marketing industry certifications from Google and Hubspot. He is also on the Audience Development advisory committees of BPA Worldwide and Connectiv, as well as a volunteer for the Association of Audience Marketing Professionals (AAMP).
