BlueConic – Integration Description & Setup
This integration allows you to access the data captured in your Omeda audience database and push it into BlueConic so that you can build out robust customer profiles. You can then take your customized BlueConic profiles and share them back with Omeda as custom Audience Builder (OnQ) audience lists. Data is shared nightly in order to provide you with a seamless customer profile across both platforms.
There are two steps to get this integration up and running.
Step 1: Initiate the integration in your Omeda Account
Go to ‘Integrations’ in the Menu of your Omeda account and click “Setup New Integration”. You will then click on the BlueConic logo to get started.
Name your integration job and then click ‘Save’. After the initial setup is saved, click “Save And Activate”. This will generate a unique Omeda Key that you will need for the next step.
Step 2: Finalize the integration in your BlueConic Account
Once you have activated the integration in your Omeda account, copy the Omeda Key in the lower right corner and enter it into your BlueConic account in order to complete the integration.
